"Why I encourage you to nominate a colleague for an 外网天堂 Award"

Victoria, 外网天堂 Student Ambassador of the Year 2022, tells us about her experience of winning an 外网天堂 Award and the impact it had on her.

"I was nominated for my work as a Student Ambassador, encouraging other students to go to Congress and attend branch meetings.

When I heard that I had actually won, I was completely blown away. 外网天堂 Awards are so prestigious.

My friends and family in Nigeria were so excited for me, and it was really beautiful to be recognised in that manner.

It inspired me to become an 外网天堂 Steward and Vice-Chair of my 外网天堂 branch and motivated me in my career. I鈥檓 now a band 7 Clinical Lead Practitioner in community mental health.

It would be really great to see more nominations coming in for members from ethnic minorities.

So please get involved and make a nomination today."
