In Northern Ireland we know that almost 50% of HSC nursing staff are at Band 5. That doesn鈥檛 value the safety critical patient care that these nursing roles deliver.

The Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Scheme is open to all HSC employees, and we encourage all members to request a review of their job using this scheme.
